Plate and enjoy with the hot sauce of your choice 🥬 Rolled Cabbage with Tofu Spring Rolls ➥ 4 leaves napa cabbage ➥ 1 zucchini ➥ 2 eggs ➥ 1 carrot ➥ 1 medium firm tofu ➥ salt + pepper ➥ spring roll paper ➥ 1 tbsp sriracha ➥ 1 tbsp vinegar ➥ 1 tbsp soy sauce ➥ 1 tbsp red pepper chili flakes 1. Prep your ingredients 2. In a hot pan, fry your tofu and break up the tofu, then season. 3. Once smashed, add in your beaten eggs and let it cook through. 4. In a separate pan, heat up your vegetables and cook through until soft. 5. Assemble your spring rolls and enjoy with the hot sauce. 🍗 Korean Spicy Chicken Breast Stew ➥ 1/4 onion ➥ 1/2 potato ➥ 1 oyster mushroom ➥ 3 leaves napa cabbage ➥ 2 green onions ➥ 1 pepper ➥ 4 garlic ➥ 1/4 ginger ➥ 2 cups water ➥ 1/4 tbsp chicken stock ➥ 3 tbsp red pepper chili flakes ➥ 1 tbsp fish sauce ➥ 1 tbsp agave ➥ 1 tbsp gochujang ➥ 1 chicken breast 1. Prep your ingredients by chopping and cutting your veggies. 2. In a large pot, add in your water, chicken stock, chili powder, fish sauce, agave, gochujang, garlic and ginger. Then mix it all up. 3. Then add in your potatoes and boil. 4. Prep your chicken breast by cutting into rustic pieces then pop them in your stew with onion and green onion. 5. Once at a boil again, add in your mushrooms, cabbage, peppers, and green onion. 6. Check out the Stone Blue collection here: 🤍 Bone apple teeth 🍴 Also click below for the full recipe~ ➫ Instagram: 🤍 ➫ Twitter: 🤍 ➫ Facebook: 🤍 ➫ Spotify: 🤍 ➫ TikTok: 🤍 ❐ ON ME + ITEMS USED ❏ ➥ Good American - Fitted Blue Tee: 🤍 ➥ En Saison Studios - Danielle Mini Blue Dress: 🤍 ➥ Our Place - Perfect Pot: 🤍 ❏ RECIPES ❏ 🥚 EGG DROP SOUP ingredients ➥ anchovy + kelp broth ➥ 3 eggs ➥ 1 tbsp fish sauce ➥ 1 tbsp soy sauce ➥ 1 tbsp cooking rice wine ➥ green onions ~ directions ① in a large pot boil water as much broth as you want ② add in your broth ingredients (anchovy and kelp) and let it boil for 10 minutes, then remove the broth ingredients ③ prep your ingredients by chopping your green onions and whisking your eggs ④ in your broth, add in fish sauce, cooking rice wine, and soy sauce to taste ⑤ slowly pour in your whisked eggs and let it boil ⑥ garnish with your green onions and serve with rice 🍗 SPICY KOREAN CHICKEN SANDWICH ➥ 2 tbsp sriracha ➥ 1 tbsp ketchup ➥ 1 tbsp of kewpie mayo ➥ 1 chicken breast ➥ 2 slices of whole milk bread ➥ 1 slice of cheese ➥ 2 slices of tomato ➥ salt ➥ butter lettuce ~ directions ① make your seasoning by mixing sriracha, ketchup, and kewpie mayo then marinate your cooked shredded chicken breast ② assemble your sandwich ③ for a clean eat, wrap it in parchment paper and slice it in the middle so ingredients don't spill out 🍜 JANCHI GUKSU ➥ 1/2 onion ➥ 1 bell pepper (or carrot if you have it) ➥ 1 zucchini ➥ 2 eggs ➥ anchovy kelp broth ➥ 1 tbsp fish sauce ➥ 1 tbsp soy sauce ➥ 3 servings of noodles ~ directions ① prep your toppings by julienning your onions, bell pepper, and zucchini then lightly cook them in a pan ② whisk your eggs and cook it on a well-oiled pan and slice into a noodle-like shape ③ in a pot, bring your anchovy kelp broth to a boil and add your noodles to cook. Korean Fried Chicken | Sweet And Spicy Korean Fried Chicken | Crunchy Korean Fried Chicken | Yangnyeom-Tongdak | Crispy Korean Fried Chicken | Korean Fried Chicken Sauce | Yangnyeom Sauce | Korean Fried Chicken Recipe | Yangnyeom Chicken Ingredients for Korean Fried Chicken: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Boneless Chicken Thighs - 1 lb or 450 gms (cut into 3 inch long chunks) For the Marination: - Salt- 3/4 tsp - Crushed Pepper- 1/2 tsp - Grated garlic- 1 tsp - Grated ginger- 1 tsp For coating the chicken: - Potato starch- 1/2 cup (Corn starch can also be used but the taste will vary) For the Yangnyeom Sauce: - Gochujang Korean chilli paste - 2 tbsp - Mustard paste - 1 tsp - Light Soy sauce- 1.5 tbsp - Honey-2 tbsp - Brown Sugar-2 tbsp - Rice Vinegar-2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Sesame oil -1 tbsp - Garlic minced - 1 tsp - Red Chillies, cut & deseeded-4-5 - White Sesame Seeds - 1-2 tsp. Preparation: - Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 3 inch long chunks. - Grate the ginger and garlic to give 1 tsp of each - Finely chop or grate garlic to be used for tempering. - Deseed the red chillies and cut them into small pieces. - To make the sauce mix, add all the items specified for the sauce in a bowl and give a mix. Set aside. - Give a mix again just before adding to the wok later. Marination: Add all the ingredients for the marination (mentioned above) to the chicken. Mix and set aside for 15 mins. Frying Chicken: - Add the potato starch to the marinated chicken pieces. Dredge the pieces well to coat the pieces with the potato starch. - Arrange these on a plate side by side and heat the oil for deep frying. - Once the oil is medium hot, drop the coated chicken pieces one by one to not crowd the pan. - Do not stir for around 30-60 secs and then stir and fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the colour changes. - Remove the pieces from oil and keep on a plate. Repeat with the rest of the chicken. - All the fried chicken pieces to rest for 10 mins. - Heat the oil again to a high temperature. - Drop all the pieces from both the batches and fry on high heat for around 2 mins till brown and crisp - Remove to a plate. Process: - Heat sesame oil in a wok and add the chopped/grated garlic & red chillies. - Stir for 15 secs and then add the Yangnyeom Sauce (made earlier) & 50 ml water. - Mix and cook for 1 min. - Add the fried chicken pieces - Cook on high heat for around 1-2 mins to coat completely. - Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir fry for 30 secs. 5 Quick and Easy Korean Side Dishes - Banchan A traditional Korean meal can be a bit daunting to make at home if you wish to serve a number of Banchan (Side Dishes). I'll show you 5 side dishes that can be made quickly to round out a Korean meal and you can find most, if not all, of the ingredients in your local grocery store. The only ingredient that may not be available in your local grocery is the Korean Chili Powder (Gochagaru). See amazon link below: 🤍 Recipes: Banchan (Korean Side Dishes) Seasoned Bean Sprouts Ingredients: 1 pound bean sprouts, cleaned 1 green onion (scallions), finely chopped 1 garlic, minced 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 ½ teaspoon salt Pinch of black pepper Instructions: Bring pot of water to boil. Place bean sprouts in pot and blanch 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer into colander, rinse under cold water, drain and squeeze out excess water. Place bean sprouts in medium bowl. Add green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until well incorporated. Set aside. The bean sprouts can be served warm, chilled, or at room temperature. Seasoned Spinach Ingredients: 2 bunches of spinach (about 8 ounces), rinsed and ends trimmed 1 green onion (scallions), finely chopped 1-2 garlic, minced 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon salt Pinch of black pepper Instructions: Bring pot of water to boil. Place spinach in pot and blanch for about 2 seconds. Transfer into colander, rinse under cold water, drain and squeeze out excess water. Place spinach in medium bowl. Add green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until well incorporated. Set aside. The spinach can be served warm, chilled, or at room temperature. Braised Tofu Ingredients: I package firm tofu ¼ cup soy sauce 2 green onions (scallions), finely chopped 2 garlic, minced 1 tablespoon sesame seed 1 tablespoon sesame oil ½ tablespoon Korean chili powder 1 teaspoon sugar Instructions: Remove tofu from package and pat dry as much as you can to remove the excess water. In a mixing bowl, combine the braising liquid: soy sauce, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, Korean chili powder, and sugar. Mix well. Set aside. Cut the tofu in half and then into squares, about ½ inch thick. Very lightly season the tofu with salt. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place single layer of tofu in the pan. Cook until tofu is slightly brown on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and pour braising liquid over the tofu. Spread evenly-as much as you can. Cover and let cook for about 3 minutes. Transfer to plate and serve warm. Simple Cucumber Salad Ingredients: 3 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced 2 green onions, thinly chopped 2 garlic, minced 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 teaspoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1-2 teaspoon Korean chili powder Instructions: Place sliced cucumbers in large mixing bowl. Add green onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, and Korean chili powder. Mix well. Set aside. Serve cold or at room temperature. Egg roll Ingredients: 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 salt 1 bunch (about 6) green onions, thinly chopped Vegetable oil Instructions: Mix beaten eggs with salt and green onions in mixing bowl. Heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in large pan on low. Pour egg and green onion mixture in pan. Cook on low and roll into log as the egg continues to cook. Roll completely and let fully cook. Remove egg roll onto cutting board. Let cool. Cut into ½ inch pieces. Place on serving plate. Serve warm or at room temperature.
